Billy D. Derowitsch, 78, Belleville, KS, passed away Aug. 18 at Long Term Care in Belleville. Services were held Aug. 21 at Belleville Wesleyan Church. An obituary appears in the Aug. 25 issue of the Hebron Journal-Register.
