Donald Kasl, 80, of Chester, passed away at the Republic County Hospital in Belleville, Kansas on August 8, 2015. Services were held on August 12 at the United Methodist Church in Chester. An obituary can be found in the August 19, 2015, issue of the Hebron Journal-Register.
