Elvin Earl Brinegar, 92, formerly of Alexandria passed away Feb. 8. Services will be held Feb. 13 at Meridian United Methodist Church in Meridian, Idaho. An obituary appears in the Feb. 12 issue of the Hebron Journal-Register.
