Frances Chapman

Frances L. Chapman, 89, of Geneva passed away Nov. 11 at the Fillmore County Hospital in Geneva. Services were held at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Geneva. An obituary appears in the Nov. 28 issue of the Hebron Journal-Register.
