Four additional warrants issued in drug investigation
Four more arrest warrants were issued for individuals in direct relation to an undercover drug investigation conducted by the Thayer County Sheriff’s Office and members of the rural Apprehension Drug Task Force (RAP) and Nebraska State Patrol.
So far 11 people have been arrested for felony distribution and/or aiding and abetting a felony in the drug sweep. All 11 appeared for arraignments in Thayer County Court Thursday morning, May 30.
On Monday, June 3, Thayer County Sheriff David Lee said another four warrants had been issued for people who used to live in the Hebron area during the investigation. Individuals include:
Jose Lizama, 29, who is currently in custody in Texas on unrelated charges. He is being charged in Thayer County with four counts of distribution of controlled substances.
Liberty Wilson, 23, is also wanted on four counts of distribution and one count of aiding and abetting a felony.
Jeffrey Bennett, 47, who is also no longer in Hebron, is wanted for aiding and abetting a felony.
Pennie Wolford, 44, is wanted on two counts of distribution of a controlled substance
