Friday, June 5
6:30 p.m. Prime rib sandwich dinner followed by USO-Style Show. In case of inclement weather the show will be held at the Thayer Central High School.
Saturday, June 6
7 a.m. Pilots’ fly-in registration begins; check-in for car/tractor/motorcycle/military vehicle show
7:30-9 a.m. Hebron Lion’s Club breakfast
8:30 a.m.-noon Pilot safety seminars and panel discussion
9:30 a.m. Gates open; free admission; shuttle bus service begins
10 a.m. Grand opening ceremony
10 a.m. SAC Museum science demonstrations
11 a.m. Civil Air Patrol – ELT demonstration
11:30 a.m. State Patrol – Roll over and seat belt demonstrations
12 p.m. Civil Air Patrol – aerial photography
12:15 p.m. SAC Museum science demonstrations
12:40 p.m. Killed-in-Action Gold Star Family Flag presentation
12:45 p.m. Raffle drawing for P-51 Airplane rides
12:50 p.m. Legion Riders motorcycles grand entry
12:55 p.m. Thayer Central and Bruning-Davenport bands
1 p.m. American Legion Honor Guard and National Anthem by the Thayer Central choir

1-3:30 p.m. Performances by: P-51 Mustang · World’s Shortest Runway · Pitts Special Aerobatics · Cub Comedy Routine · The Pink Panzer · Plane vs. Vehicle Race · Staudacher Aerobatics · P-40 Warhawk · Rocky Mountain Renegades Precision Formation Team
3:30 p.m. Pre-arranged airplane rides, including Young Eagles and P-51 Mustang. On demand rides from various pilots (charges and conditions may apply).
4 p.m. Event closes
5 p.m. Shuttle bus service ends
Shuttle Services and Parking
Three buses will be running circuits for the event. There will be a bus around every 15 minutes until the Air Show begins. After the show ends, buses will again be around every fifteen minutes to take people back until 5 p.m. or until is nobody left. A shuttle route will be available on the website. Parking will be available at New Life Assembly Church, the High School, the ball fields, Hebron Bible Church, downtown and on 13th Street from the river bridge to Highway 136.
