Hoge inspired by Sangre de Cristo Hospice’s (SDCH) compassionate, caring outreach to Southern Colorado patients and families wrote and performs his inspirational song “Sharing the Journey.”
A champion in sharing and volunteering his talents to benefit organizations such as SDCH, Hoge’s “Sharing the Journey” is climbing music charts including the Inspirational Country charts and Power Source Magazine TOP Mainstream 75 Country songs!
His inspirational “Sharing the Journey” video portrays two hospice story lines, including one’s journey of facing illness and the other of recovery after loss.
The “Sharing the Journey” video was filmed in Pueblo, CO, on location at the Sangre de Cristo Hospice’s Center for Grief and Loss at the Abriendo Inn. Cast and crew donated their time and talents to create the video produced by “Soul Check TV’s” host and producer, Sarah Kittle.
Hoge is also a semifinalist for ICM’s Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year and his song “Have I Done Something?” is a semi-finalist for Inspirational Country Song of the year.
His own grandfather died of Lou Gehrig’s Disease (ALS). This is how Hoge first connected with SDCH to record a song inspired by a woman dying of ALS poem “How Was I to Know?” which climbed to #2 on the charts.
