Bob Stepp, 75, of Fairbury passed away April 12 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. Services will be held April 17 at the American Lutheran Church in Fairbury. An obituary appears in the April 16 issue of the Hebron Journal-Register.
