Mayor appoints council member

The Hebron City Council met in special session early Monday evening prior to the regular meeting to make a council appointment.  Mayor Shane Day appointed Doug Huber to fill the recently vacated Ward II seat previously held by Beth Goldhammer. Huber, who has served on the council and held the mayorship in years past, began his assignment immediately after taking the oath of office.
