Elaine Hissong

Elaine Hissong, 87, formerly Belvidere,  passed away July 23, 2015, in San Antonio, Texas. Services will be held September 5 at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Council Bluffs, Iowa. An obituary can be found in the August 19, 2015, issue of the Hebron Journal-Register.
