Brice Leon

Brice E. Leon, 60, of Topeka, Kan., passed away Sept. 16 after a year-long battle with cancer. Services will be held Sept. 24 at First Presbyterian Church in Concordia, Kan. An obituary appears in the Sept. 21 issue of the Hebron Journal-Register.
