Delphia L. Harvey Lipker, 92, Ruskin, passed away Jan. 13 at Parkview Haven Nursing Home in Deshler. Services are Jan. 17 at the Centennial Lutheran Church in Superior. An obituary appears in the Jan. 16 issue of the Hebron Journal-Register.
