Amanda J. Sanders, 26, of Hardy, died Sunday night when the minivan she was driving rolled over her following a crash.
Thayer County Sheriff David Lee said Sanders was northbound on County Road 6100, about 4.5 miles north of Hebron, at 5 p.m., when she lost control of the vehicle and it rolled.
Sanders, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was thrown from the van and it rolled over her. Sheriff Lee said excessive speed was “believed to be a factor” in the crash.
According to her obituary, Sanders was the mother of four children.
