Luella D. Kapperman

Luella D. Kapperman, 87, of rural Byron and Chester areas, passed away July 9 at Thayer County Health Services. Services were held July 12 at St. John Lutheran Church in Chester. An obituary appears in the July 14 issue of the Hebron Journal-Register.
