Norman T. Holtzen, 93, of Deshler, passed away March 15 at Parkview Haven Nursing Home in Deshler. Services were held March 19 at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Deshler. An obituary appears in the March 20 issue of the Hebron Journal-Register.
