Ruby Baloun

Ruby Baloun, 97, of Hebron passed away Feb. 12 at Thayer County Health Services. Services were held Feb. 17 at the First United Methodist Church in Hebron. An obituary appears in the Feb. 19 issue of the Hebron Journal-Register.
