Trap team heads to conference action April 21

The Fairbury Trap team competed at Crete on April 7, securing multiple medals at the event.

Morgan Fangmeier placed second in ladies handicap with a score of 37/50. Kylee Barber won high individual in handicaps with a score of 48/50.  
Caleb Goedeken placed second in the 22-23 yard handicap with a score of 41/50 and 13/20 in the shoot off for first and second. He also placed second in overall individual score of 87/100 and 16/20 in the shoot off.

Fairbury Senior High Team No. 2 placed second in handicaps with an overall score of 196/250  between the five team members including Tanner Mumm 41/50, Kylee Barber 48/50, Morgan Fangmeier 37/50, Kouper Griffin 37/50 and Chelsea Sasse 33/50.

At Beatrice, April 14, Kylee Barber was high lady in the 16 yard with a score of 45/50 and Marshall Nichelson placed third in 18-19 yard handicap with a score of 44/50.

Both senior and junior high teams finish up conference meets April 21 in Nebraska City, while the seniors compete in the Gayle Henshaw Conference Shoot in Lincoln on April 28.

The State Shoot is May 3 for the juniors and May 4-5 for the seniors at Doniphan trap range.
