Cargill in Carleton will be coordinating an Angel Tree again this Christmas. The Angel Tree project is designed for any child (birth to 17 years of age) who lives in Thayer, Fillmore, Jefferson or Clay counties who is in need of a few “extras” such as shirts, jeans, shoes, coats, gloves and miscellaneous items to make his/her Christmas a little brighter. Those who wish to sign their child up to receive these items for Christmas may sign up by picking up an Angel Tree Recipient Form at Cargill in Carleton or most area Post Office lobbies. Forms can also be emailed or mailed, please call Krissy Ozenbaugh at 356-2351 to have a form sent out. Forms need to be returned to Krissy Ozenbaugh, 2182 Rd 5600, Carleton, NE 68326. Angel Tree Recipient Forms are requested back by Friday, November 21st. The Angel Tree (with the children’s names who are in need) will be located at Cargill. Requests will be hug on a tree in the office as they come back in-anyone interested in making a cash donation or purchasing items for Angel Tree Children can pick up tags at the office after November 21st. Those shopping for Angel Tree children will be asked to bring their items back wrapped and labeled by Monday, December 17th. If there are questions, please contact Krissy Ozenbaugh or Steph Wells at 356-2351.
