Thayer County Healthy Communities Coalition is partnering with Region V Systems, Fairbury Youth Center, Blue Valley Community Action, Gage County MAPS and Educational Service Unit to host a workshop on Thursday, November 7. The workshop will take place in the 4-H Building at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Fairbury.
Clay Roberts, National Speaker with Vision Training Associates, will talk about the 40 Developmental Assets. The Search Institute has identified 40 assets that help children grow up to be competent, caring adults.
There will be a free pork sandwich supper from 5:30 –6:15 p.m. The workshop will take place from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
