Village of Byron Receives $50,000 from USDA to Help with Equipment for Community Center and Library

USDA Rural Development has awarded $50,000 to the Village of Byron to be leveraged with $16,700 from the Village to buy equipment to furnish the village community center along with the new library area.

“USDA funds will be used to help a small community to enhance their community center and library with the equipment needed to fully utilize the facility,” said Community Programs Specialist Luann Brown, USDA Rural Development.
