Wendell Casper

Wendell Casper, 77, formerly of Bruning, passed away March 8 at Woodside Hospice Care Center. Services will be March 15 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Largo, Fla. An obituary appears in the March 13 issue of the Hebron Journal-Register.
