Base Hit Bar back in business

Lucille Henry (pictured in the middle front) is back in business. The Base Hit Bar in Davenport was welcomed back to main street by community officials in a ribbon cutting ceremony last week. The local bar and grill burned down in February of 2011, and through the urging of family, friends and much community support, Henry rebuilt the food establishment.
